Who we are

webdvow is operated by Marton Szabolcs EV, Tulipán utca 59/a, 6800 Hódmezővásárhely, Hungary (sole trader registration no. 55359122, tax no. 56686333-1-26). What we collect

• Couples: your email address, your and your partner's names, wedding date and location, venue details, the texts and photos you add, your answers to the story questions, your budget and guest list, and the bank or Revolut details you add for gifts.
• Guests: the name, attendance answer, dietary requirements, accommodation request and message a guest sends with an RSVP, and the name, amount and message of a gift pledge.
• Payments: when you buy Premium, Stripe processes your card and asks for your billing name and address, which go on your invoice. We receive the payment status, amount and billing details, never your full card number.
• Usage: anonymous page and signup events (a random visitor id stored in your browser, the page, device type and referring website) so we can see where the signup flow can be improved.

Why we use it

• To create, host and show your wedding website and its RSVP and gift features (performance of our contract with you).
• To send you your sign-in link, your site link and RSVP notifications (performance of contract).
• To process your Premium payment and handle refunds (contract and legal obligations).
• To improve the product with anonymous usage events and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest).

Dietary requirements can reveal health or religious information. Guests share them voluntarily so the couple can plan the meal; they are visible only to the couple and are never used for anything else.

Who processes data for us

• Lovable and Supabase: hosting, database, file storage and sign-in.
• Stripe: Premium payments.
• Számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft.): issuing the invoice for your Premium payment.
• Resend: sending emails.
• Lovable AI Gateway: drafting your wedding wording from the story answers you give us, only when you ask for it.
• Google: fonts, and maps when you add a venue map.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

Who can see your site

A published wedding site is visible to anyone who has its link. Gift bank details are only shown to a guest after they pledge a gift. You can unpublish your site at any time from your dashboard.

How long we keep it

We keep your site and its data for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete the site, photos, RSVPs and guest list within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict its use, by contacting us by post to Tulipán utca 59/a, 6800 Hódmezővásárhely, Hungary. Guests can ask the couple or us directly. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Hungary: NAIH, naih.hu).

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in, to remember your signup progress, and for the anonymous visitor id described above. We do not use advertising cookies.
