Terms of Service

The service

webdvow, operated by Marton Szabolcs EV (Tulipán utca 59/a, 6800 Hódmezővásárhely, Hungary; sole trader registration no. 55359122, tax no. 56686333-1-26), lets couples create and host a wedding website with RSVPs, a gift list and planning tools. By creating a site you agree to these terms. Hosting provider: Lovable Labs Incorporated, support@lovable.dev (lovable.dev).

Free and Premium

  • Creating and publishing a site, every template and unlimited RSVPs are free.
  • Premium is a one-time payment of 19,900 HUF on the Hungarian site, or €55 / $59 elsewhere. The price you see at checkout is the full price: the operator is exempt from VAT under the Hungarian small business scheme (alanyi adómentes), so no VAT is added. It unlocks the wishing well, the full budget planner and removal of the webdvow badge for your site. There is no subscription.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee: if you ask within 14 days of paying, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. Contact us by post to Tulipán utca 59/a, 6800 Hódmezővásárhely, Hungary.

Gifts

webdvow never receives or holds gift money. Guests pay the couple directly using the bank or Revolut details the couple adds. We are not a party to those payments and cannot reverse or refund them. Couples are responsible for the accuracy of their payment details.

Your content

  • You keep ownership of the texts and photos you upload. You give us permission to host and display them on your site.
  • Only upload content you have the right to use, and do not use webdvow for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive.
  • We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks these rules.
  • Wording drafted by our writing assistant is a suggestion; please read it before publishing.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep your site online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your site and account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.

Changes and law
